Novartis is more than a pioneer in the pharmaceutical sector. The Swiss pharmaceutical company has also made a name for itself as an innovative employer. The best example of this is the Novartis Campus in Basel. The Novartis headquarters is characterized by buildings from well-known architects such as Diener & Diener and Herzog & de Meuron. Works of art from the extensive collection are also exhibited on the campus, which is open to the public. MACH was asked to design a concept for new offices on the campus. The focus was creating spaces that transform work into pleasure.
