Ping Pong
The idea for this modern dim sum eatery came about during a dinner at Nobu restaurant. Founder Kurt Zdesar - then general manager at Nobu - had ordered dim sum for an internal event. Impressed by the quick and easy preparation of the food - nothing more than steam was needed - he started thinking. The idea for a successful restaurant concept was born.
MACH supported Ping Pong from the very beginning: from the design of the first restaurant in London - which was in the black in just two months - to the worldwide implementation of the new concept - in Dubai, Washington D.C. and São Paolo, among others. This was followed by the design of the points of sale for the take-away sister brand NOW.
