The IQOS brand aims to offer a smoke-free alternative to tobacco use. In order to successfully present the product worldwide, the shops needed to be inviting and provide enough space to explore the product range. MACH developed a comprehensive manual for the global rollout of the stores and planned implementations at prominent shopping destinations in Europe, Asia, America and Africa.
